About the Øystein project
VISION
The Øystein Project has the following vision:
"For every child and every family in Norway and the world to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to learn to live it."
DESCRIPTION
The Øystein Project consists of a bunch of passionate young people from four different countries who want to use their talents and lifestyles to reach out to children and families. Their heart is to see the word of God go out to every home through using the media: magazines, the Internet, videos, DVDs and music (CDs). This project wants to communicate the Gospel both in Norway and in other countries.
The Øystein Project really emphasizes reaching out to children and families who don't know Jesus. They travel throughout the country and evangelize through their shows that present the Gospel, make Øystein CDs and take part of various camps. They prefer to visit churches that have a desire to reach out and include people who don’t know Jesus and who want to collaborate with other churches.
Their show lasts about an hour and consists of singing, contests, skits and devotions/teaching. They also hand out CDs, free of charge. You too may order our CDs and hand them out to whomever you please (see the email address). You may have as many as you like! Thousands of Øystein CDs have been distributed, and they will be really happy if you want to hand out CDs also!
