TEAM TRIP TO EINTROA
Last year in the fall, we as a prayer team received a request from the YWAM centre at Eintroa to come up and visit them and minister to them in prayer as the centre had not been thriving.
They had shut down everything for a period of time, and were spending time seeking God about what was going on from His perspective. There were eight of us from the prayer team at Grimerud (Tom Anders, Ingunn, Dina, Helge, Magni, Stein Owe, and John and Mary) that made the trip up there on November 11th, leaving early in the AM in the snow and fog.
We had a meeting that night and prayed for the centre and the people. There were some prophetic words and we experienced God speaking very similar things to all of us. We went up on the mountain next to Eintroa and prayed from that vantage point. In the old days that place used to be a Viking lookout overlooking the fjord and we felt that the Lord was saying that the centre in Eintroa has a calling to be a watchman for Norway. We also discerned that there is a struggle in the heavenlies for the life of the centre.
We spent the night taking turns watching and praying for the place and in the morning met again and prayed with the team there and entrusted them into the Lord's hands. It was a privilege to pray for them and minister as a team, working together and hearing the Lord’s voice.
After the time there we also went to Levanger, to Håkon Fagerviks prayer place, it was a very special time. We experienced that God was speaking to prayer people all over Norway about the importance of intimacy with God and to wait on Him. We need to operate out of His presence.
